नाण् ऒणाततु ऒर् नाणम् ऎय्ति, नटुक् कटलुळ् अऴुन्ति, नाऩ्
पेण् ऒणात पॆरुन्तुऱैप् पॆरुम् तोणि पऱ्ऱि उकैत्तलुम्,
काण् ऒणात् तिरुक्कोलम्, नी वन्तु, काट्टिऩाय्, कऴुक्कुऩ्ऱिले!

and plunged into the ocean of many bad deeds,
I took hold of the boat of devotion in Thirupperundurai
where you abide and sailed on it.
You came to Thirukkazukkundram
and appeared before me in your divine form that no one has seen

कोल मेऩि वराकमे! कुणम् आम् पॆरुन्तुऱैक् कॊण्टले!
चीलम् एतुम् अऱिन्तिलात ऎऩ् चिन्तै वैत्त चिकामणि!
ञालमे करि आक, नाऩ् उऩै नच्चि नच्चिट वन्तिटुम्
कालमे! उऩै ओत, नी वन्तु, काट्टिऩाय्, कऴुक्कुऩ्ऱिले!

who took the form of a pig to feed the piglets,
even though I do not have good qualities and thoughts,
you, a precious jewel, came to me, entered my heart
and made me love you and praise you,
appearing before me in Thirukkazukkundram.

give wisdom to all your devotees.
Even though I spoke of you badly to strangers you did not hurt me,
and when I worshiped with love your faultless feet that remove death,
you came to Thirukkazukkundram and appeared before me

मयक्कम् आयतु ओर् मुम् मलप् पऴ वल् विऩैक्कुळ् अऴुन्तवुम्,
तुयक्कु अऱुत्तु, ऎऩै आण्टुकॊण्टु, निऩ् तू मलर्क् कऴल् तन्तु, ऎऩैक्
कयक्क वैत्तु, अटियार् मुऩे वन्तु, काट्टिऩाय्, कऴुक्कुऩ्ऱिले!
